Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Deland, FL.
I met Marty in his office as a walk-in and explained a rather complex situation of needing to combine 2 households within a limited timeframe. Marty went right to work to find the right fit for us based on my criteria (which admittedly changed over the course of the search). Marty never waivered in his helpfulness and expertise (for both tradtional sales and short sales) and we were able to accomplish what we needed to within the necessary timeframe.
I would highly recommend his services.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Altamonte Springs, FL.
Marty and his team were fantastic when we relocated to Orlando last year. Naturally, we contacted him again when we relocated out of Orlando and needed to sell our house this year. We were amazed at how fast our house sold! He advised us on everything we needed to do, and when we couldn’t be there -Marty was. He met and supervised the cleaners, and coordinated the repairs as needed after the inspection. There was only one thing we wish he could have done; and that was to be in our new location to help us purchase our new home in North Carolina! We recommend Marty and team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Greater Orlando area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Casselberry, FL.
Being first time homebuyers we are so thankful to have had Marty Hunt as our realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. In a day and age when good customer service and true professionalism are virtually non existent, working with Marty and his team was definitely a breath of fresh air.
From our first day walking into his office, to signing the papers for our new home, Marty always exhibited a positive attitude, dedication to us as clients, and genuine love for his profession. We were amazed at the speed at which he responded to our emails and calls no matter what the hour!
He is also extremely knowledgeable and very open in sharing all the in's and out's of home buying with his clients. Each time we were interested in a home we would ask for what we liked to call the "Marty Synopsis"- A detailed in depth look at all the positives and negatives of the home, as well as the surrounding area, that you would ever want or ever need to know. They were greatly appreciated!
When Marty was out, we had the pleasure of working with his daughter Stacey for a short time, and can't say enough good things about her as well. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness were a joy to work with.
Having Marty as our Realtor was definitely a blessing and made buying our first home a truly pleasant experience. His laid back personality and famous tropical shirts were just what we needed to ease the stresses of purchasing our very first home. We will be recommending him to anyone we know looking to purchase a home, and look forward to working with him again when we seek to upgrade our home in the future:)

Efficient, follows through, knowledgeable, and gives 110% effort and time to his clIents. I would recommend him to everybody. He made buying and selling my property stress-free.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Winter Springs, FL.
Marty has been absolutely amazing! I initially thought he was overly optimistic and delusional as he wanted to list my house for $30K more than I thought it was worth. However, I had heard good things about him so I thought I would give him a shot. We had our first offer in two days and a second, full price offer, two days later. Marty has gone above and beyond his obligations and has been extremely responsive, including late into the night and weekends. He's also wonderful about keeping you in the loop during the time from contract to closing and making sure everything goes off without a hitch. As an attorney, I deal with realtors on a nearly daily basis and Marty definitely stands out as the cream of the crop.

We highly recommend Marty Hunt and his entire team. What a pleasure to work with. They did a great job marketing our home, and walked us through a stressful sale while we lived in another state.

Bought a home in 2011.
I just can't think of a better real estate agent than Marty, great experience, always there for us, great advice at any time, and since we moved to our new house almost a year ago we think of him with so much gratitude as we were able to found the perfect house, in the best location. From all of our experiences with realtors, Mary is by far the best.

Marty is the most attentive, capable professional I have ever worked with. He runs his business and team with great enthusiasm and an obvious emphasis on the customer's needs. I have never been this impressed with any company, worker before in my life...he tops the list.
He was able to get our desired home at a considerable discount. Not at any one point did I feel uncomfortable or out of control of the situation. I attest this to Marty and his team's openness, experience, and guidance. We got a fair deal and he wasn't worried, in the least, about losing a bit of commision money from the seller to make the price match our desire.

We found Marty's info online and after reading all of the great reviews, we decided to call him. He answered on the first call and we scheduled an appointment with him two days later. I have a hectic work schedule with few days off but Marty did a great job of accommodating us throughout the entire process.
At first, I was excited about every house I saw online and we had a terrible time trying to figure out exactly where we should be buying a house. Marty did a great job of guiding us to a good area and we could not be happier with the house that we finally decided on. He did a great job dealing with the not so great (and that is putting it nicely) realtor that the sellers were using who was truly just the worst. She never returned phone calls or replied to emails despite multiple attempts at both which sent my anxiety through the roof. Marty was a god-send and did a fantastic job of keeping us informed (and therefore relaxed). Despite a ridiculous amount of hurdles being put in our way, Marty managed to guide us through with ease and got us our perfect house!
We could not be happier with the experience that we had working with Marty and will absolutely recommend him to all of our family and friends! If we are ever in the market to buy another home, he will be the first person we will call.
