    I am a real estate investor and have bought and sold rental homes all over the country. I have sold two properties thru Marty's office now. Never have I worked with a real estate office as efficient, professional and as well run as C21 Marty Rodriguez. I wish all my transactions could go thru her office.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $600K in Glendora, CA.

    Marty and two of her associates, Lori Mason and Shani Gann worked diligently to find me a home. I have lived in a three story, 2550 sq ft townhouse for 26 1/2 years in Glendora, Ca. I have been a widow for 3 1/2 years and found my home to be too big for me to care for properly and the stairs were becoming a problem physically. Homes in LaVerne were hard to come by in my price range and Marty and her associates contacted me almost daily with possibilities. Most of the time all three of them would go with me to look at the home. They answered my texts, emails, and phone calls almost immediately if they were available or within the same day I messaged them. I would recommend them highly.

    Sold a home in 2014.

    Marty Rodriguez just listed and sold one of my properties. She also listed and sold another property of mine about six years ago. Both properties sold for full price in less than a week. She did an excellent job both times. The people working in her office were also great. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell residential real estate.

    Simply stated...If you want or need to sell your house, Century 21 Marty Rodriguez should be your first call. Marty makes you feel as if you are the only client she has.     Sold a Multi Family home in 2014 for approximately $475K in Diamond Bar, CA.

    Marty was the listing agent for the sale of my home in Diamond Bar. I can say that her best asset is the communication skills, she was honest is her evaluation, and promised to do her best to get me the price I was asking.

    My house sold in less than 3 weeks at a price that was 1% less than I was asking. The escrow process was smooth and painless, her staff was always there to help and guided me thru with patience and responsiveness.
