Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
We made Marty show us houses for six months before we found our dream home. Without his insights, I'm sure we would have purchased the wrong house. He was very thorough in researching the history of properties. He was always happy to show us a property, even if we all agreed it was unlikely to be a good match.
Overall, I would say that Marty routinely goes above and beyond what a real estate agent is expected to do. I trust him, and if I need an agent in the future, it will be him.…More Less
