Bought a home in 2010.
Marty is a first-class agent. His knowledge of property and housing is by far the best we have found in the Mat-Su Valley. Marty's skills for helping the home buyer were honestly the best as we had serious issue with the selling agent.
The story: We found a quaint house in which was ideal. We called the selling agent, thinking it would be easier to deal with them than our own realtor. When we received no calls back from the selling agent after calling for a couple of weeks and noticing that the house was dropping in price, we decided to research and call Marty and ask for his expert help and personal skills. He let us both view the home, in which we made a bid for that day. Unfortunately the selling agent was a nightmare from that point on. Marty worked diligently with us and he never left our side during the all out fight it started becoming concerning missing paperwork issues that were not provided or the communication problems with the selling agent. Come to find out, the selling agent was the only problem and even the original owners of the property did not know of the extent and had wished they would have chosen Marty instead of their agent.
Marty is honest, trustworthy and very reasonable. I have already recommended him to people in the valley and feel comfortable he will do the right thing by them.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Palmer, AK.
We've known Marty for many years and this is the second home we've bought thru him. He's great, very knowlegable on the area, easy to work with. A pleasure to do business with him.
