Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Bloomington, MN.
Marty helped my husband and I buy our first home together. This was my first home, so he was very helpful in answering first time homebuyer questions for me. Marty was very familiar with the area and surrounding areas for our search. During the home search process, I was not completely certain about what I was looking for in a house. Marty was able to help me understand what I truly wanted and was able to find that home in the area we were looking. His negotiation with the seller kept the price within our range. We have been in our house for a month and a half now and we love it more and more everyday. Marty has even checked up a couple times since the purchase to see how things are going in our new home. He is honest, interested in what you want as a buyer, is highly aware of the available listings that match your needs, and doesn't waste your time looking at homes that don't suit you. Plus, he was available to help us whenever our schedule permitted. I highly recommend Marty Morgan.
Marty understood (and understands) what is important to me - which is priceless when working with real estate. He helps keep things worry free and is up front and honest about his opinions and advice when working with him.
