Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in West Sacramento, CA.
Marty is a straight-forward and experienced agent with great knowledge of the area, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. He did a fantastic job helping my wife and me buy our first home. First, we met him at his office and talked about what we were looking for, and that night he put together a list of 10 or so houses that spanned the range of what the area had to offer. The next day we went to most of them, and by the end we had a much better idea of what we wanted. He promptly and thoroughly answered all of our questions and didn't try to push us in any particular direction. At no point in the process was Marty the rate-limiting step. In fact he was the one who was always on the ball when other parties (the seller and lender) were slow or unresponsive. To top it off, (and I really can't overstate how helpful this was) he was able to recommend competent and inexpensive local people/companies to do work we needed to have done on our new house (we've been really happy with everyone he's recommended).…More Less

Sold a home in 2010.
Marty was originally recommended to us from friends of ours. He helped us sell our house, while at the same time negotiated the terms on the purchase of next home, a short-sale nonetheless.
