Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, CA.
Bought my first house in 2011 - Mary was very instrumental in helping me to be less anxious about the process, she was resourceful in finding out about grants for first time buyers, she was excellent in getting in a roof credit when the house was being sold "AS IS" and just recently, she was instrumental in resolving a home warranty issue that I thought was a losing battle. It's nice to know that even though it's been 7 months since I bought my house, I can still call Mary and get answers to my questions. Highly recommend Mary as your agent, she will go the bat for you.

Found a tenant for a home.
Our recent experience with Mary was totally positive. She was very responsive to our needs and extremely diligent in bringing prospective clients to view the property. She followed through with all the details and paperwork until both parties were assured and happy. I highly recommend her as an agent!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, CA.
It was a pleasure working with Mary, and if I every need a real estate transaction again, she is the first agent I would call. She patiently explained every detail of the process to me (this was my first time selling) and went out of her way to answer my questions — or get answers if she didn't have them. She was courteous and considerate of my time, my privacy, and my anxiety (this was a difficult time for me). I have to add that she has a terrific sense of humor, which made the entire process easier. She is a treasure, and anybody would be lucky to work with her.
