A Coldwell Banker Previews Estates Director, she was recently honored as the TOP SALESPERSON for the Brentwood East office for 2002 and being Top 7 for the entire Coldwell Banker Jon Douglas Company in Southern California. She was honored again as one of the top 25 agents in the entire United States and in the top one percent of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide, and previously as the TOP agent for all of Brentwood for 1998 and 2001. She has been honored as a member of Coldwell Banker’s prestigious “Society of Excellence” and for the past several years has been one of the top 15 listing agents in the city of Los Angeles. She is also a Certified Relocation Specialist and an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist. In addition, she is consistently the number one salesperson in the Brentwood East office, which is the number one office in Brentwood.

While her personal production may exceed that of many small Real Estate companies, Mary Beth’s focus is not only on the end result, but also on the details that assure it will be satisfactory. Her business, which consists largely of repeat and referral customers, is based on service. Mary Beth has listed and sold over 1 billion of real estate from the beaches of Malibu to the hills of Hollywood – and everywhere in between. She specializes in Estate properties but is an expert on the whole Westside and participates in sales from condominiums to multi-million dollar mansions on a daily basis.

In addition to her impressive sales, Mary Beth is equally committed to providing service to her community. She and her husband, Don, a Business Litigation Specialist with Hennigan, Bennett and Dorman, have taken an active interest in their children’s schools: St. Martin of Tours and Loyola, Marlborough and Marymount high schools, Georgetown University and Loyola Marymount University. They have served as board members for a number of these schools. In addition, Mary Beth is a National Charity League volunteer and a board member of the Juniors of the Social Service and St. Joseph Center, and she chaired the building of the Jon Douglas house in Watts for Habitat for Humanity in 1994.
