Sold a home in 2009.
Mary listed our home, had an open house & within days of the listing & it sold immediately. She also found us a lot that we bought & eventually built our new home. She was very helpful to work with, has a vast knowledge of this area & was a pleasure to work with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $525K in Haggin Oaks, Bakersfield, CA.
I have dealt with Mary C. twice over the years: once when I moved to town and a second time selling that home and buying a second after a divorce. Let me say this: Mary C. may be the hardest working woman in Real Estate in Kern County. When my house sold, and my spouse had moved out and left it a mess, I arrived to find Mary C. on her hands and knees polishing my floors getting ready for an open house the next day. Her husband was in my kitchen hanging new wall hangings that she had made herself the night before! I am absolutely convinced my house could not have sold in a very tough market without this personal attention. And she provides this attention to all her clients. There are many good Realtors in town, but Mary C. is tops in my world. You cannot go wrong.
