Mary is the best! During our long, overwhelming, intimidating and exhausting short-sale, Mary was our "go-to" person, addressing every question, concern and fear that we had along the way. She conducted all negotiations with the bank and the buyer, and she stood by us and explained the process (in our terms) at every step. We truly felt like we were her only client; she genuinely cared about us and our needs, and she was always looking out for our best interests.
