Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Tampa, FL.
I'm writing this review to let people know that if you are looking for a great realtor, Mary Diaz is the realtor for you. The sale of our house was going to be rather difficult, with some challenging issues. Mary Diaz is very experienced in the real estate market , if a new house comes on the market she knows about it. Mary is very knowledgeable of all of the Tampa Bay area and surrounding area. Mary will always be there for you, if you have a question for Mary she will have the answer for you. Mary will always answer her phone or get back to you if she is busy. I will assure you that Mary Diaz will go above and beyond to do anything to help you get your home sold or complete a purchase. Mary put a lot of hard work and MANY hours on the sale of our house. We appreciate everything Mary Diaz did for us. She is awesome!

Mary's professionalism and expertise were instrumental in helping to sell our home. We were exceedingly pleased with the service she provided. She and David are a great team! We felt at ease from the very start, and we were comfortable knowing that she had the market knowledge and experience to move the property quickly (which she did!).
Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $150K in West Meadows, Tampa, FL.
I have worked with Mary for three years. I initially met Mary when I was looking to purchase a second home. Then when it was time to sell my primary home, I again sought Mary. I continue to seek out Mary for any real estate issues. Mary is extremely prompt and responsive when information is requested from her. She is also very flexible in terms of showing homes. Mary bends over backwards to accommodate her client's requests in terms of information needed and showings. In addition to that, she is always pleasant, professional and cheerful, which is nice as selling or searching for a home can be stressful and nerve wracking. I wholeheartedly recommend Mary for real estate transactions and I will continue to seek her out for services.
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Wyngate Townhomes, St Petersburg, FL.
EXCELLENT!! That sums up in 1 word what I can say about my experience with Mary in regards to helping me short sell my townhouse. It was a very long process in finalizing the sale but Mary was exceptional in helping through the entire phase of the process. Mary knew exactly what we needed to list the property for and how we needed to showcase it to attract buyers right away. We had over 7 different offers through the entire life of the selling the property but Bank of America's ineptitude to except an offer made the sale much longer than it should have been. Mary's professionalism and clear communication with what was happening all along the way was very much appreciated. She promised we would get the property sold and delivered. I would recommend Mary in a heartbeat for buying or selling real estate in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Northeast Macfarlane, Tampa, FL.
Mary sold our short sale home and provided the best negotiator possible. Our story was a nightmare from the time the bank sold our mortgage four months into the first accepted contract until closing today nearly two years later..no fault of hers ! Mary never gave up and was determined to get this house sold and to closing. I am happy I had Mary, she kept me going and the deal. Selling homes is important to her ..but people are more important. If it was anyone else they would have given up and moved on, not Mary she is a fighter and now a friend. She has outstanding contacts including negotiators and lenders and works hard to do what she can to make the transaction as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond the call of duty ! Thanks Mary , You are one of the good guys !

I am very grateful to what Mary had done for us during the whole process of our dream home purchasing. Really want to say something about her, but have to start from the whole story.
I came to Tampa from a very big city in China in February. Our home locates at a very peaceful place. But I still prefer to live in the busy area after we moved there for a while. We decided to buy a new home close to downtown Tampa, and so talked to the realtor whom my husband worked with before. We kept looking for the houses and did not find any we like. Finally a very nice home popped up, and we liked it very much. We gave an offer we thought it was very good offer, but the owner picked up the higher offer. We were so sad and so lost that Friday when the realtor told us we did not have a chance. We did not mind to offer a higher reasonable price, we wanted to buy the house and move in there. But nobody told us what we should do.
I kept searching homes online that evening. There were some homes we were interested and I also sent to our realtors a couple days ago, but we did not hear from her. I saw Mary’s profile and told my husband I wanted to find someone probably who could help us. My husband did not say anything. I knew he felt sorry (guilty) if we walked away from our realtor. But I clicked the name “Mary Diaz”, sent out the request, and told my husband I wanted a try. We got Mary’s reply the next early morning (around 7:30am). I was very excited and told my husband Mary must be a very diligent person from this point. That is true. Mary helped us find our dream home four days later. Mary is such a great professional more than the person the internet reviews say.
(1)Mary is very good professional listener. She tried every way to understand what you want. Our first communications before our meeting in person were just a couple emails. But she already grabbed what we tried to look for. She gave us a very nice list (homes). During the first showing, she did not talk a lot, but she tried to see our reaction to the home (and so that she knows her customers’ expectation).
(2)Mary is very diligent (aggressive). “ The early bird gets worms.” That is Mary. We were the first showing to our dream home. Nice houses on market will be gone very fast. Mary seek the best timing for us.
(3)Mary is very insightful in the local market. Because of her knowledge, she is very confident giving you some advices (almost like strategy) how to gain the house(giving a competitive offer). Mary is an excellent analyst. Some realtors work like data collector. I felt this way with my first realtor.
(4)Mary is very organized. She talked with us on our schedule, and made everything in order for us. My husband said he had to arrange everything, even the home inspection, last year when he bought the house (I had not come yet.)
(5)Mary gave us the latest and comprehensive information about the houses. I sent the request through internet, and Mary replied to us very quickly, for instance, Mary told us the owner already had entertained offer and we could not visit the house. However the same quesiton i sent to our first realtor a couple days before I decided to contact mary, she answered back two days later than Mary that we still had chance to see the house but finally it proved the news she gave us was wrong and outdated.
(6)Mary is in an excellent “social network”. The recommendations from her, such as home inspection, bank people, and even repair people, are also very professional and responsible too.
(7)Mary is very good at communication on the repair. The house is more than 80 years old house. A lot of repairs must be done before the closing. Mary helped us in charge of everything. We felt safe with her.
(8)Experienced? 18 years plus experience as banker. More than words can tell
Recently I found an article on how to find your realtor. I told my husband that Mary possess more than those on the newspaper…
