Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Marina, CA.
Buying a house can be a daunting experience to say the least; but acquiring it through a short sale makes it even more of a challenge! Mary Aguilar masterfully helped me every step of the way. I quickly realized that Mary was not merely trying to help me get a house, she was patiently working with me to find a home.She always had my interests foremost in mind, was always prompt in getting back to me with the many questions I had, and always informed me about each and every step of the process. I knew that I was working with an incredibly seasoned professional in the field. It was also wonderful having the availability of her husband, Pete, with his vast contracting experience background to answer the many construction upgrade questions I had. It was a wonderfully rewarding experience to work with Mary and Pete and I will recommend their services to all my friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Monterey, CA.
We worked with Mary to purchase our first home in March 2012. Mary was instrumental in ensuring that every step of the process went smoothly. She and her husband Pete were very knowledgeable and professional and they provided us with top notch customer service through the entire process. Mary was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $675K in Salinas, CA.
We purchased a home in the Las Palmas section of Salinas, CA in May 2011.
Mary took care of every conceivable detail of the transaction and anticipated potential issues well ahead of the fact.
The entire purchase experience went through rapidly to completion without a hitch.
Mary is also very adept with using up to date techniques to minimize the paperwork delay aspect inherent in this still traditional/ arcane process.
Best of all, she was not at all intrusive and followed our lead and desires.
We would highly recommend her !!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Big Sur, CA.
My husband and I were living in Pennsylvania when we decided to retire in Big Sur. Trying to find and purchase a property on the West Coast while living and working on the East Coast was, to say the least, challenging. We were most fortunate to encounter Mary at the start of the process; her local knowledge was invaluable and she seemed to know instinctively what type of properties would interest us. Mary was able to complete what turned out to be a very difficult and protracted home purchase while we were still on the East Coast. We had complete trust in her ability to represent our interests, and she proved to be even better than we could have hoped.
She has continued to be of great help to us, giving us excellent referrals for local tradespeople and professionals.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Seaside, CA.
Mary is a wonderful real estate agent. Mary showed houses to my wife and I a few years ago before we decided we didn't like the options in our price range and suspended our search. Earlier this year we were looking at open homes for fun and found a place we really liked. We contacted Mary, who still remembered us after 4 years, and she had us in escrow within a few days. Throughout the whole process, she was great at keeping us up to date on our paperwork and staying in contact with our mortgage broker and the title company. She and her husband also helped us coordinate getting estimates on repairs with various contractors. She was always easy to contact, either by phone or email, and worked around our schedule. We closed on our new house less than 4 weeks after we first saw it thanks to Mary's hard work and professionalism.

Bought a home in 2012.
My experience with Mary was consistently very positive. She was extremely fast, responsive, dedicated with excellent follow-through. The market was very competitive and it was critical that offers be quickly communicated. Mary showed many places, offered good advice, managed the purchase and financing process, often responding late at night and early in the morning. I would recommend her services with no hesitation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $550K in Carmel Valley, CA.
As a single first-time home buyer, I could never have gotten through this process without Mary. I really felt like she was in my corner the whole time. Not only was she reliable, responsive, and organized, but she had great local connections to mortgage brokers, bankers, contractors, and other people whom I knew I could trust.
