Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Bloomington, MN.
MaryAlice helped me buy and sell a house. With her experience the entire process went very smooth. Everything that she explained to me would happen, happened exactly as she had said. She really knows her stuff!

I worked with MaryAlice to find our home in 2012.
MaryAlice does extensive groundwork trying to find the right property after getting a good understanding on what we need. One thing that strikes me working with her is how responsive she is besides being quite resourceful.

I have worked with MaryAlice several times & have referred several others to her. MaryAlice is very professional, extremely knowledgable on the real estate market, and she gets the job done. If you want a true expert & a real go-getter in the real estate field, go with MaryAlice!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Albertville, MN.
Mary Alice has long standing history of working with short sales. She was able to answer all of my questions and prepare me for one of the most trying experiences of my life. She remained calm and confident when I was feeling anxious and unsure. She responded to my correspondence within the day of attempting to reach her and was always willing to help answer the hundreds of questions that I had. She was an expert in the entire process from getting the house ready to the final closing. For anyone having to face a similar circumstance I highly recommend Mary Alice.

MaryAlice is knowledgeable and efficient. During our shorstale, I came to realize the complexities and instabilities that exist throughout a shortsale process. I truly believe her experience allowed our shortsale to occur.
Both her knowledge and the attorney(s) she has working with her wer paramount in facilitating negotiations during the process.
I wouldnt recommend anyone else other than MaryAlice and the team she has put together for processing a shortsale.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Minnetonka, MN.
We recently moved to the Twin Cities due to a job transfer and ended up using Mary Alice as our Realtor. I met with multiple agents but decided to go with Mary Alice because she was intelligent and willing to express an opinion. The other agents were nice but seemed to like everything--as in "yes I like the house, you should buy it...and then I'll get my commission." We took a few months to buy a house and are happy with the one we bought. We are also glad we weren't pushed to buy one of the other houses we saw earlier.

MaryAlice was very straightforward with me about what I needed to do to get the house sold. She used her sense of style and presentation to recommend paint colors and furniture arrangements for staging, and noted items that were necessary to fix before and during the listing and showings. I appreciated that she was strong on making sure of the best possible presentation of the home.
