    Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Nesconset, NY.
    In my opinion Mary Alice Ruppert is an exceptional Real Estate Professional. She did a commendable job for us in a particularly bad market. She worked extremely hard to make sure that our house was properly exposed to the market. Mary Alice made extensive use of the Internet and demonstrated a through knowledge of up to date technology as it relates to marketing real estate.

    Mary Alice was very available to us. She was quick to return our calls and talked me off the cliff when the market was tanking. Ultimately our house was sold and we got a fair price in this horrible market. I can' t say enough about Mary Alice and would highly recommend her    …More Less
