Mary was highly familiar with the development in which our condo was located because of both previous sales experience with other units in the project as well as having had a relative who had also owned a unit there. We initially contacted her during the early planning stages of a major remodeling of our unit for her advice and feedback. She was very willing to offer her time and suggestions on what changes and improvements would likely attract buyers once work was completed and the condo was ready to market. She provided names of reputable contractors for us to interview and select from, and during the renovation made several onsite inspection visits for us since we did not reside in the area where the condo was located. When it came time to list the property, Mary not only made recommendations regarding strategy and pricing, but also was very cooperative in explaining the terms of the listing agreement, answering our questions, and was respectful of our input. And, when I, myself, did not have the time to complete a short list of final cosmetic enhancements prior to listing, she made arrangements to have these items addressed by an experienced tradesman. The initial buyer’s offer came at full price and within 48 hours after listing. As the contract was contingent upon the sale of the buyer’s current home, Mary continued to make herself available, following up on all details until the closing occurred. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $75K in Roanoke, VA.

Mary is THE most amazing realtor. I have worked with a few others both as a buyer and a seller and she is a true find! She has been so kind, very nice to my children, knows the entire area very well, stays in touch. My favorite quality is that (I was a seller this time) she ACTIVELY worked to sell my home. She didn't just list it. She looked around at what others wanted and mentioned, when appropriate. I know not everyone will get results as fast as I (the market improved a little) but my home had been on the market quite a while and we got a buyer in 2 days. If I ever need to sell or buy again I will definitely call Mary.  More Less
