Mary is more than just a realtor but a trusted advisor that is exceptionally patient, knowledgable, and exceptionally talented in finding a buyer the right home. She is simply amazing. She made the process feel like a walk in the park and not one time in the process did I feel stressed. Her opinion and advice not only allowed me to purchase a house in less than weeks from looking but she help me purchase a great investment that I now call home. Again she's simply the best and a great professional to partner with in purchasing a home

Bought a home in 2012.
Mary is everything you could want in a relator and more. During the house hunt process she actually listens to your needs and shows homes that match the criteria. She isn't pushy and wants to ensure you are completely comforatble in the decision. Once a house has been selected she is there with you all the way. Her responsiveness is wonderful and the online signing that she uses comes in extremely helpful for people who are not in the area they are moving to. I HIGHLY recommend Mary Berry and thoroughly enjoyed the entire home buying process with her. THANK YOU MARY.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. My experience with Mary Berry was wonderful. As a young first time home buyer, I didn't really know what I was doing at first. Mary made me feel very comfortable and confident from the initial phone call all the way to the closing of the house. She was very prompt in scheduling me appointments to view the homes I chose off the list she provided to me. She was always very flexible with my work shedule when it came to viewing. She really knows the "ins and outs" of real estate. I would recommend Mary Berry to every home buyer looking for a friendly, prompt, knowledgeable real estate agent who has your well being in mind.

I would highly recommend Mary Berry to anyone looking to purchase a home. Mary helped my 21 year old daughter purchase her first home in Raleigh, while we were miles away in Charlotte. As a parent, you always are concerned with anyone but yourself navigating your child thru such an overwhelming process such as buying a home. Mary was THE perfect realtor. With my daughters permission, she kept us informed of all the happenings so we knew what was going on at all times. There were no surprises, no drama, and the closing went off without a hitch! Mary is truly an asset to her company. She is so personable, kind, knowledgeable, and truly represents her client in times of negotiation. Just an outstanding woman all around! Bought a home in 2012.
Mary Berry made buying our first home a pleasureable and exciting experience. My husband was overseas at the time and I had never bought a home before, so the task was originally daunting and frightening. Mary walked me step by step through the process, holding my hand the entire way. Thanks to her, we found exactly what we were looking for and were living in the house in only 2 months. She was honest, organized, thorough, and most importantly, available. She never missed a call and always had answers! I would/will recommend everyone I know to work with Mary Berry when buying a house. It was the best decision I made!

Mary was the third (and the last) real-estate agent I met while looking for my 1st home and I just have to say I was not only very impressed with the service I received but also very happy with her the whole time! She was very quick with her call backs and I almost never had to hear her voice mail. (The other agents would take up to a day to respond.) She put me at ease and took the stress off of my shoulders. She made my experience of looking for and closing on my first home a very pleasant, fast and smooth one!! The next time I ever decide to move, I wouldn't bother calling anyone other than Mary for help! She was awesome!!

Mary has been so fantastic! Our family relocated from Wisconsin and we were lucky enough to find Mary. Although we we had visited and toured homes with Mary, we did all of our negotiations, inspections, etc while still living in Wisconsin. Mary went above and beyond to get us our new house. Mary has a huge heart and really cares about the people she works with. For as long as we live in the Raleigh area, we will always use and recommend Mary. Thank you for everything Mary!! Mary Berry is one of the best agent i ever worked with she is very sharp and know and do her job professional. She keep you up with what is going on and answers all the questions you have. I could never beat her to look at a home . If the appointment was at 2pm and i got there 20 minute early she was there most of the time. All i can say is she is good at what she do. Love her and would recommend anyone i know that is looking to purchase a home.
