If each lot has a separate tax ID#, you should be able to, otherwise you can have the property short platted and sell each one separately. That was my first real estate deal. Let me know if you need help with anything.Mary
Provide all documentation requested from the lender and compare the APR with another. If you need a good mortgage broker, please let me know, I work with several.
Have you a list of homes and neighborhoods you would like to start looking at? It is best to talk with a trusted mortgage broker or two that you are comfortable working with. Let me know if I can help.
You are on the right track, where is your condo? Is the building in good condition with healthy reserves, FHA approved? If so, it could sell quickly, buyers are there buying up condos at these rates as investments.Ask your lender, you would need to see what your condo actually appraises for whether or not you can refinance it to take out equity.
Congratulations and you are welcome!Negotiating a bank-owned is so much easier and quicker than a short sale. I just wrote an offer on a short sale and told my buyer expect maybe to close by mid-April!
I did a BPO for them on a 5 plex i and willn Ballard and had great correspondence.. It is going to depend on the listing broker, who is negotiating, how many liens and is there a cooperating seller. Yes, ask for closing costs. Let me know if you would like more information on the property or process.
When buying a house you want representation. You will be getting much more than someone bargaining a good deal for you. You want a broker that is going to substantiate your fair offer with good comps. If you do not have a written buyer's agreement, than you are free to choose and have another broker go over the comps, offer price, contingencies such as title, financing and inspection and the Law of Agency. The listing broker is representing the seller, not you. If you were to speak to the listing broker he/she would have to be neutral and could not give you needed advice and counsel. If you have more questions, I would be happy to help you!
Hi Steve,I am not sure why I got this email, if it is your listing??? I see on the MLS it shows as your listing. Is there anything I can do on Zillow to help you out?Mary
Make me an offer I can't refuse!
Have a licensed broker get a search on the MLS with that criteria, seller financing, rent to own or lease with option Most of the sellers want a sizable Down payment, FYI. Let me know I can help.
