Buying or selling a house is probably one of the biggest lifetime transactions in one's life. In order to guide such a sensitive transaction, a professional realtor needs to be very diligent toward his/her clients' specific needs and wants. In doing that, I share my years of experiences in customer care, negotiation management, contract management, documentation control with a multicultural group of sellers, buyers, and investors. I believe the closing of a transaction not only indicates a completion of a successful transaction but also it is a beginning of a long mutual relationship with clients. I strengthen this relationship by addressing all my clients' needs after the closing and stay in touch with them for their further concerns and questions. In any positions we always have a choice between looking at a task as a job and a source of money making or as a service to another human being for initiating a fruitful life time relation with mutual enjoyment.
