Hi Jim,If you are on the listing page of your house you can click the "claim my home" tab. If you have claimed your home you can edit the information about your house. If your house is on the market your agent (if they have a Zillow account) can also do the editing for you. Zillow pulls all of its information from public records and many times the info is outdated unfortunately... Good luck!
You can go on the listing page and "flag" it...you will be asked why it is being flagged and wrong agent is one of the catagories. You will then be able to claim and edit the home info page...
And yes, I am licensed in MA&NH and as a buyer you should not be required by ANY agent to pay you any compensation. Maybe in K101's state you would have to but, not in MA with a good buyer agent...
You can post it here or contact an agent though here. If you are looking for properties in a specific area feel free to let me know and I'll send the your way!
Hi there! You cannot get an accurate market value on Zillow. Zillow provides a zestimate, or a value range based on public record information only. If you are not yet working with a buyer agent give me a call! A good buyer broker will do a market analysis for you to help you determine a good offer price. The analysis will take the recent sold comps into consideration...
Hi there! I can provide you with a list of available short sales if you would like to contact me through my page. Just let me know what areas you are interested in and what price range.
Hi, I listed a condominium in South Boston, MA and it isn't showing up on Zillow.
