Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Newtown, PA.
From the initial meeting to discuss placing my home on the market, to the final signature at the settlement table, Matt was always there to help in this stressful event. Matt's advice on staging and property improvements proved valuable, and brought the prospective buyer within three days of listing. Communication was first and foremost in the selling process. I greatly appreciate Matt's consistent efforts and support, making the sale and move a very smooth transition.

matt is really open and honest, and suggested a great mortgage guy for us and has been really awesome with accommodating our busy schedules to see houses and helping us stay in our price range for what we can afford.

Bought a home in 2010.
When Matt Bain helped us find our home in June 2010, he did not act just like your typical realtor. Rather, from the beginning, Matt Bain acted like our friend who looked out for our best interests every step of the way. He went above and beyond. He was always available to answer any questions we had and was very responsive to all of our needs. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism. You always hear all kinds of horror stories about realtors, however, I can guarantee that you will not go through any of them if you choose Matt as your realtor. He is an honest guy whose goal is truly to assist you in finding your perfect home.

I called upon Matt Bain to list and sell my home after viewing several realtors online. I was most impressed with his website over all of the others, it was very professional. After meeting Matt he was very personable,knowledgeable and professional in person as well. He guided me throught ever step of the way throught the process, he was always just a phone call or email away. I felt completely comfortable with Matt as my agent. He did what he set out to do and that was sell the home. He went from my selling agent to my buying agent, we are currently looking at homes.

Great agent that we sold two homes with. Matt has great attitude, and always provides valuable advice. He is an expert in Newtown Grant properties. Always on your side. Once you get an offer that you agree with, the process is extremely smooth, and you have nothing to worry about. Highly recommend.

On Our move back from London in 2009 Matt Bain went above and beyond helping us locate and bid on a house from across the pond. He has an amazing ability to project calmness in a stressful situation and that skill set came in handy. From a practical standpoint, Matt also has experience working with Relocations so he was able help us navigate the process to avoid missteps. Because we were not physically in the US, we spoke frequently via phone and email. He was always accommodating with late /early phone calls due to the time difference and emails were responded to promptly . Matt was also present for the inspection and took charge at the walk through to ensure everything was completed that was agreed upon. You honestly would have thought he was buying the house himself as he was extremely thorough. The level of trust and respect I have for Matt cannot be matched and therefore would highly recommend his services to anyone in the market.

Let me set the stage for you…Job Transfer to London, Wife 7 months Pregnant, 60 Day lead time on the move date….needless to say, extremely stressful situation. Matt was a the perfect realtor/Friend to guide us through this time. He offered suggestions and guidance all while being the calming ying to our yang during the move process. He values his personal relationship with clients but still handles the business side of the transaction with the utmost professionalism. We were able to sell our Condo for a great price and get a shortened settlement to coincide with the move. If you are looking for a realtor to handle your move with a knowledge, experience and personal touch, Matt Bain is your guy.

I will never change agents as Matt is perfect for me. I have been with Matt since 2002. Matt is not the right realtor for everyone-if you are looking for someone who is focused solely on his commission, is hard to reach, or pushes his agenda onto you, Matt is not the right one! But, if you are like me and value integrity, honesty, a personal relationship, and in depth expertise, Matt is the one you want! He looks out for my best interests even when it means less commission for him-he wants me to be truly happy and satisfied with our sale or purchase. I work with very vulnerable people as my clients and Matt is the only agent I trust with my clients.
