Sold a home in 2013.

I would recommend Matt to anyone for buying or selling. He keeps your best interest at heart, you are not just another business deal. He researches the market and gives you an honest assessment of your property. We had an offer in five days and now we have moved on. Matt was our Realtor for a while but hopefully someone we will stay in touch with for a long time to come.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Concord, NC.

I highly recommend Matt Chilton as an agent. He served as our buyers agent and spent much time showing us several houses. Unlike many agents, Matt only showed us houses that we could afford and that were in our requested area. He also advised us in the negotiation process, which was a big help.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Spencer, NC.

Matt has helped me purchase several properties. He is very responsive, quick to send me information, and offered to establish an automatic update-email for me. Matt has also helped me find financing for both owner occupant and investment properties. I have even recommend Matt to my family members!

Sold a home in 2011.

We had placed our house on the market a couple of years ago with another agent who failed to sell the house over the course of a year. We took it off of the market for another year, and then listed the house with Matt Chilton -- who had an acceptable offer for us within a week. Also, within only a few more days, Matt had two other families who were ready to buy our house in the event that the first offer fell through. We felt that Matt Chilton had a very realistic grasp of the current housing market and used all of his resources to our advantage. Furthermore, we were so pleased with Matt that we have recommended him to many other people. And, yes, we would definitely use Matt again!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Salisbury, NC.

Matt had focused dedication in selling our house in Salisbury, especially in today's brutal housing market. His professionalism and availability were constant throughout the ordeal. We really enjoyed working with him and we very much appreciated his candor. While selling a house for less than you perceived can be a bitter pill to swallow, his thorough understanding of the Salisbury market and his willingness to be frank with us helped move us forward in the selling process. He kept us abreast of what to expect at each stageā€¦no surprises. Nothing but appreciation for his efforts. However in retrospection, we think he should strongly consider putting more emphasis on having his future clients obtain a pre-listing house inspection. Had we done so, both financial and emotional stresses would have been minimized.
