I would recommend Matt to anyone for buying or selling. He keeps your best interest at heart, you are not just another business deal. He researches the market and gives you an honest assessment of your property. We had an offer in five days and now we have moved on. Matt was our Realtor for a while but hopefully someone we will stay in touch with for a long time to come.

While selling a house for less than you perceived can be a bitter pill to swallow, his thorough understanding of the Salisbury market and his willingness to be frank with us helped move us forward in the selling process. He kept us abreast of what to expect at each stage…no surprises. Nothing but appreciation for his efforts. However in retrospection, we think he should strongly consider putting more emphasis on having his future clients obtain a pre-listing house inspection. Had we done so, both financial and emotional stresses would have been minimized.
