Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Broadlands, VA.
The buying experince with Matt was A++. I really enjoyed how honest Matt was with us through the process. He would tell us not only the pro's of the home, but also the con's. He would tell us what would be a good selling feature and what features would make the property harder to sell down the road. I felt he really had our best interest in heart and not just making a buck. We ended up finding the perfect property in a short period and could not be happier.
