If you're looking to work with people who have a direct, honest, and no nonsense approach, then Matt Hess and his team will be a good fit for you. This was my first experience refinancing through the internet, and I was hesitant to take this unfamiliar route. Other companies (both traditional and online) worked very hard to convince me why I shouldn't go with anyone else. Matt never said a negative word about another company, he simply put out a superior product. By far, he had the best rates, conditions and customer service to fit my needs. He answered my questions and earned my trust by showing that he came through with every single promise. The estimates were so good, I kept waiting for "the catch" or "bait and switch".
