Sold a home in 2012.
I had a great experience working with Matt. He sold my house for me this summer. He gave me some good advice on what improvements to make that would get me the best return. The house sold in two days! Matt was terrific about returning calls and answering any questions that I had. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Sold a home in 2007.
I was interested in a home Matt had listed. He showed it to me, then patiently waited weeks while I considered it. He called to check in, he provided me with all sorts of additional information, but he was never pushy. When I decided to make the leap, Matt sold my existing house in three days!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Tallula, IL.
Found Matt through zillow. Informed him of a few houses we were interested in. Within 24-48 hours we were in the house that was perfectly suited and exactly what we were looking for. While working out of state at time, Matt was able and willing to do all leg work that I couldn't until weekend's. He worked for me during his vacation as well. Some nights we were on phone at 11pm due to my schedule. Would recommend Matt to anyone. Very professional and knowledgeable. Without him I wouldn't be where I am today. Thanks Matt.
