Matt helped us with two purchases in San Rafael. He has been super helpful and responsive so much so that we consider him a friend. Our relationship continues and will for many years to come.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $950K in Corte Madera, CA.
Matt Hughes shepherded us through the purchase of our first home. He was very dedicated and patient with us (we looked for 2.5 years!). He was knowledgeable and professional, and honest and open. He went above and beyond for us, always proactive and making suggestions to help us reach our goal. He absolutely knows the market and was a great asset to us in helping to secure a fair deal on our purchase. He was always accessible at any time, on any day. He always made sure communication was clear and that we understood what was happening every step of the way. We would (and we have) highly recommended Matt to others.
