When I first met Matt Laricy, I was going through the most difficult time of my life, I was way out of my league and feeling overwhelmed. The last time I bought a home was in 1980. Matt's patience, kindness and professionalism guided me (for over one whole year), through the condo buying process,untill he found me the most awesome place that fit my budget!!!!
