Matt was a fantastic realtor! He was patient and knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions, no matter how big or small. When we first started the home owner process we did not have a realtor. We called him about a house we saw he had for sale and it was already sold but he was very helpful and answered all of our questions even though he wasn't our realtor. My husband and I got a really good vibe from Matt, so we decided to meet with him to see if he should be our realtor. After we met with him we felt that he was honest and knowledgeable and we chose him. He specializes in houses in Santa Clara County and my husband and I were looking more in the San Mateo County area, but Matt still took us on and did a great job with working with us to find our first home. He walked us through every step of the way and was always available if we had questions, he definitely looks out for his clients best interest. If I ever buy another house I will definitely use Matt and I would recommend him to my friends and family. He's honest, hardworking and a great guy. After our home process was complete we were kind of sad we wouldn't be talking to him on a regular basis. If you are looking for a realtor, Matt Tenczar is your guy.

Matt was amazing during the whole process of selling our property. I am so glad we chose him as a realtor, very professional in explaining every step from start to finish. He would return our phone calls quickly, would drop by our home to have a face to face if we asked, and would always fill us in as to why or how he was proceeding marketing our home. My wife and I highly recommend him as a realtor who would be a professional who would get the job done for anyone wanting to get a step ahead of the housing competiton out there, we received a full price offer in a tough market, great job Matt.

Matt was a great help in guiding my wife and I through the complex process of buying a home in California, being new residents in the country. It would have taken us much longer to truly understand the mechanics of the process without his expertise and patience.
We also appreciated very much Matt's local expertise in giving us his honest assessments of various potential houses we considered prior to the eventual house we purchased.

Matt is a consummate professional! We highly recommend him without reservation. --Matt was invaluable in providing answers to key questions about what sells (types of floor coverings, colors, etc.) while we were finishing our remodel.
--Then he assisted in staging for maximum impact.
--His photos on the listing and MLS truly showcased our beautiful home to maximum advantage.
--He ensured that our home appraised for full selling price, despite being priced considerably higher than the existing comps by working closely with us to have all the data to support the higher price, then working with the appraiser to ensure he was fully acquainted with all the upgrades and improvements.
--He provided superb advice during the negotiating process that made all the difference in our selection among competing offers.
--The escrow process was simple, clean and problem-free.
All in all, you could not ask for a better real estate agent or transaction! We sold for full price in under a week!

As a first time homebuyer Matt was extremely helpful in guiding me through the home buying process. He took the time to get to know what was and was not important to me and helped me find the perfect house. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and competent and displayed a good balance of the many necessary skills you would want in an agent. I would recommend Matt not only to coworkers and acquaintances but also to friends as family as well.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Matt. He always answered our calls and was present at all inspections and our appraisal. His photography skills are incredible. The photos of our home on our flyers and on the website he designed showcased our home very well. We expected our home to take several months to sell as it was priced high for the community, but it sold in 44 days. We highly recommend Matt.

Matt is a great agent, very helpful, he was there when we need him, my husband i were very happy that we chose him to be our agent. I love how he took picture of our house, make our house even prettier than it was before. He sold my house within a week. i would recommend him to everyone that decide to sell or buy new home.

Matt and his team did an outstanding job in selling our house and making it a stress free experience. Matt took control of the entire process and had our house sold within a month. We even had multiple offers coming in during the process.
My wife and I highly recommend the Tenczar Team.
Matt was phenomenal to work with. Not only did he price our house correctly, take phenomenal photos and have such a deep understanding of the market, but he recommended a DREAM lender/mortgage broker who could help us with a VERY DIFFICULT loan situation, and told us exactly what we needed to do to to the house to get the most money from it. As a result, we received WELL-OVER ASKING price very quickly. Now, of course, all homes are different, and there are no guarantees, however Matt will identify the best selling points of your home, and find the best possible way to market them.
Additionally, he even tried to help us find some leads for a new home to buy out of his immediate area of coverage, even though he was not our agent. He also had NO issue with us taking those possible leads to our existing agent. He just wanted to help us find a place to live, simply because we had developed a relationship.
Matt is THE guy to call for the area, and WILL go above and beyond expectation.
In short, you (whoever you are) are doing yourselves a SERIOUS (and potentially expensive) disservice if you don't work with Matt Tenczar. I cannot stress it enough.
