    Showed home in 2009 in Rainbow, AL 35758.
    We were first time home buyers. Matt helped us through every step of the way. We actually chose the second house that he showed us, and we still live there. Since we had such a good experience the first time, when we decide to move, we will definitely call Matt again.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Madison, AL.
    Matt Curtis Real Estate was fantastic! Everyone at the office was so helpful all the time .We were relocating to Huntsville from another state. That proved to be somewhat stressful at times. My husband was already in Hunstville working while I was at home with our four children. They took the stress away!! Kristina Barbee worked with my husband during the week and then again with our whole family on whatever weekends we came in to look. She was always available and did a fantastic job of showing us anything and everything that was on the market. Her knowledge of the area as well as her wonderful, positive personality made our house hunt not only enjoyable but very successful!     Bought a home in 2013.
    Matt Curtis real estate provided the perfect amount of information and assistance for our first home purchase without being overbearing. Great knowledge of the local area, especially new construction. Really liked how service was divided among different individuals who specialized in each part of the process. Highly responsive to phone calls, text messages, and emails.
