We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Studio City, Los Angeles, CA 91604
We went into escrow on a place with Matt. He said our offer on this short sale would be on a fast track and accepted within 2 weeks, and that he knew the bank. We didnt hear one word from him for over 6 months.I work in lending and knew that it could be done, but would take effort on his part. In that time, we located another home, purchased it, and moved in. He then called and proceeded to act arrogant and rude that we didnt tell him. Matt helped us look at several homes and gave us insight on what would be best for our situation, definitely looking to purchase a home through Matt when I do. I see that other people haven't been satisfied with Matt but honestly he wouldn't be doing as much business as he does or have all the clients he does if that was true, well connected honest man who will get your listing sold or find you the right house!…More Less

Showed home in 2013 in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, CA 91423.
No idea why anyone would hire Matt. He is lazy and non-responsive. When he does respond, he is rude. Went to one of his open houses, and he ignored us even when we put in an offer (at full list, day after the open house). We were willing to go substantially over list price, but he never even bothered to write a counter; called back our broker days late, and really cost his sellers a lot of money. We just saw the sales price, and it was 50k under what we were willing to pay, if he had even bothered to respond to our offer. This guy just wants to close a deal and move on to his next commission check; real disservice to his clients.…More Less
