Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Amelia Court House, VA.
Matt has been the definition of professional from the very beginning. He was open and honest about the steps we would have to take to list and sell our house (in 4 days!) He also fought hard with his great negotiation skills to get us the best price on our new house! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Matt. I have and will continue to HIGHLY reccommend him to everyone I know!

I just want to say that Matt Farnham with Cypress Realty is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he worked very hard to sell our house. I especially like how he always keept us updated, and then found us the home of our dreams!!!
