Matt helped me find a foreclosure unit in one of the best buildings in the Gold Coast in early 2010. I work for a private equity firm that specializes in commercial real estate so I am very familiar with the industry. That being said, Matt brought a level of expertise and sophistication that was truly instrumental in finding such a great deal. He found the unit days before it hit the market and encouraged me to bid the morning it was listed. We tied it up and closed at a number that was a 30% reduction to what it traded for in 2007 in a building where units have held their value during the downturn. I have bought and sold my personal residences with Matt since 2005 and he has exceeded my expectations each and every time.
