Matt was wonderful. He always got back to us very fast with any questions we had. He even offered to help us shingle our home and had his brother come and help us with some painting. We worked with a couple different realtors and would never even consider working with anyone else after dealing with Matt, he worked hard for us and gave us all the help we needed to get out of our home. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Sauk Rapids, MN.
Matt was so amazing through our whole process. He was very helpful in finding homes that fit our budget along with the criteria we gave him. He was thorough and precise. He made our stressful process much easier. Matt is not only great at what he does, but he is so friendly! Matt has knowledge of all the homes around the area and even if he doesn't know a home he finds out everything about it before showing you the home.
