Matt helped us sell our house very quickly and really looked out for our interests. We weren't in the state when the house was on the market and Matt took care of everything and allowed to concentrate on our move.

Sold a home in 2012.
We stumbled across Matt when we first started looking for a new house. Moving out of our “starter” home and into the home in which we planned to build our family, we had high expectations. Matt took the time to learn about what we wanted and what was important. He was incredibly resourceful – always a step ahead in finding houses that fit our needs and determining whether or not the amenities were appropriate for the house and with what we were looking for, in general. His patience and calm demeanor were immensely appreciated as we worked our way through the process, which included a few unexpected bumps along the way. We not only found our dream home, but with Matt’s assistance, we were also able to sell our other home within days of being on the market.
