Sold a home in 2011.
Maureen is the best! I mean that sincerely. We were novice home sellers and we had naively considered doing it on our own. Thankfully, someone talked some sense into us and we chose Maureen to represent us. From day one she was fantastic. She patiently guided us through every part of the process. Her local knowledge combined with her negotiation skills allowed her to very accurately advise us on asking price and her ability to properly set our expectations to avoid surprises was superb. Bought a home in 2010.
Maureen is great to work with. She knows the area extremely well....and helped a great deal in finding the right home for us.
Due to the market, we had to remove our home and rent....however, it is worth noting that Maureen even helped connect us with our eventual renter who had called her inquiring about the home.
