    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Saddle Rock Golf Club, Aurora, CO.
    Our first experience with Mauri was several years ago when she had showed our home to one of her clients. At the time our home was listed for sale with another realtor. After 6 months of frustration with our former realtor, we decided to switch to Mauri. The change was like night and day. Mauri's warm personality, attention to every detail and excellent communication skills set her apart. We have now sold three homes with Mauri and each one has been under contract soon after it was listed for sale. The first in one month(sold at 97% of list price), the second in 3 days(sold at 100% of list price)and the last in 31 days(sold at 99% of list price). Her professionalism, marketing and knowledge of the market are incomparable. During our listings she was always prompt in returning calls and giving feedback. As a negotiator she is relentless. If there is an extra dollar to be had Mauri will see that you get it. We highly recommend Mauri and are grateful that she is our realtor.…More Less

    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Tallyn's Reach, Aurora, CO.
    Mauri was great! She helped us on both selling our condo and purchasing a new home. We had an offer on our condo for 93% of asking price before the listing even made it online (it was from an agent/investor)! We decided to hold out, and had a slightly higher offer just 1 week later (with LOTS of showings in that time). The photographs of the condo were excellent. Mauri uses a great photographer, which is huge with so many people searching online. Unfortunately, that buyer fell through, so we were back on the market about 3 weeks later. Once we were back on the market, we had an offer the first weekend. After a bit of negotiating, we were under contract for more than the last time (which was 96% of asking price)! It was the highest price any condo sold in our complex for several years by a WIDE margin!

    We went around and saw several very nice houses with Mauri on the buying side, but decided to start with a new build. Mauri was great in that process as well, negotiating some seller paid closing costs on top of their normal builder rebates. The agent working for the builder was quite surprised, and indicated the builder almost never gives more than their standard rebates.

    I would recommend Mauri to anyone! She helped find us a great deal on our first home and also helped sell it a couple of years later at a profit! (Which is practically unheard of in 2012!!) She always responded promptly, she had answers for our questions and reassured our fears about buying and selling. I wish there was a Mauri in every state because she is truly one of a kind, I don't know anyone who works as hard as she does at her job.
