Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Kentwood, MI.
We bought a through Max last August and could not be happier with our new home!!! His attitude toward this process was always positive and it was a joy working with him. I would highly recommend Mr. Garter to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. My husband and I will be using his services again when we decide to sell our home in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kent City, MI.
Max cares about making sure you find the right house, know matter how long it takes. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. He is a great realtor and a great guy. We would definitely recommend him to be your realtor!

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Grand Rapids, MI.
Max was great. He had a great knowledge of the greater grand rapids area and was really intentional about getting us the house that was a great fit for us. He walked us through each step of the home-buying process and made sure we got the best deal possible. I'd recommend him for sure! :-)

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Caledonia, MI.
We were one of Max's first clients. Max did a great job with the listing and sale of our house despite many challenges with our initial buyer. He was very persistent and diligent in getting our house sold within the time frame we needed. I'd highly recommend Max as well as Leading Edge Realty.

Max could quite likely be the most useful real estate person in all of Grand Rapids. Tools, knowledge, negotiation skills all rate as excellent. Being new to the area Max led us thru all options, returned all calls and traveled with us for appointments. Thanks for all your help Max.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Grand Rapids, MI.
Max walked through probably 25-30 houses with my husband and I. He was very patient and understanding with us. He helped us narrow down specifics in what we were looking for and would tell us before we went to a house if he thought it would be a good fit or not. He helped give us pro's and con's based on what we were looking for. He was always willing to research different things about houses, mortgage rates and whatever else we had questions about and would be fast at getting back to us. Max is an excellent realitor and a genuine guy. We would definitely recommend him to be your realitor!
