Her analytical skills were very strong, but more importantly she was able to integrate both the qualitative and quantitative data she was seeing with the goals we had for pricing and timing. While some agents cut back their efforts once they get the listing, Diane was just getting started. She brought in numerous items to stage the home to appeal to buyers (decorations, paintings, rugs, etc). She also brings a large network of vendors to the table that were honest and performed high quality work at a fair price.
