Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Oakley, CA.
In August of 2012, my family came to the decision to short sell our home. Miguel came to us from Alain Pinel Realtors due to his short sale expertise with Chase, our primary lender. We had a very complicated short sale with two lenders. Miguel was very professional in his discussions with these lenders and negotiated acceptable sale figures with both lenders. Miguel ran open houses and quickly lined up potential buyers for our home. He reviewed each offer with me to help me make the best determination on who to choose for this sale. Every question I had Miguel answered. Miguel was always very professional and responded quickly either by phone, email, or text. We ended up losing our initial buyer on December 10th. Our second lender had set a December 31st deadline for this short sale or the terms that agreed to would be voided. Miguel quickly lined up a secondary buyer for us, coordinated the revised sale documents with both lenders, came out to our home and signed sales papers. We closed the sale on December 31st, due entirely to Miguel’s dedication to getting our home sold! We couldn’t have sold our home without him. Miguel recently helped us sell my late mother's house in Fremont. There were all sorts of unexpected difficulties that needed to be dealt with including title issues and old liens that needed to be resolved. His knowledge and professionalism helped us deal with these problems and his ability to correctly price and market the property enabled to sell the house for considerably more than we expected to get for it.
