Bought a home in 2015.

The real estate market in the Bay Area is competitive, but with Miguel on our side, we found the home of our dreams in a matter of weeks.

During our initial meeting, Miguel took the time to truly understand our needs, noting even the smallest preferences as we began our search. That same morning, we visited several listings to make sure we had a broad sense of the market.

His knowledge of area neighborhoods was extensive, from he quality of construction to the ratings of local schools. When we found homes of interest, he was quick to contact the seller's agents to find out the latest information about the listing.

Seven days a week, Miguel was unwaveringly esponsive to all of our questions and concerns. We truly felt like we were his top priority. No matter how small our questions, his answers were thoughtful and complete, keeping our best interests in mind. Once we made an offer, he made us feel at ease throughout the process, paying careful attention to every detail.

On the day of our inspections, Miguel was by our side, making sure that all of our questions were answered. He even made sure that we were personally comfortable with hot coffee to get us through a busy morning. As we entered contract, he set realistic expectations for negotiations, helping us work with the sellers to address our concerns. In the end, he helped us secure several important concessions that made us feel great about the purchase.

Overall, we would absolutely recommend Miguel to anyone looking for a real estate agent of the highest expertise and integrity. As Miguel likes to say, “The relationship doesn’t end after closing,” and weeks later, we enjoy sharing updates about our home as we get settled in to our new neighborhood.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in Pleasant Hill, CA.

With the stress and anxiety of buying and selling a house - especially around the Holiday season - Miguel has shown he is more than able to go above and beyond the call of real estate professionalism.

Bought a home in 2014.

I would recommend Miguel anytime and would use him again for sure. Miguel helped me over almost a 2 year period due to my limited budget and circumstances and he never gave up on me or pushed me into anything that was not right for my situation. I finally closed on a condo and cannot say enough good things about how helpful he was and how great his follow through is. I don't usually write reviews but I think you have to when you experience the type of customer service I received.

Give him a try you will be very happy when it is all said and done. Randy Azevedo

Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Antioch, CA.

I was a first time home buyer looking for an investment property. I had fired two agents prior to this due to their slow response times (1 day or more), and general lack of communication. I had begun to think that this was standard for an agent, until my coworker referred me to Miguel.

Miguel was everything I expected in an agent and more. I could have sworn I was Miguel's only client (which it turned out was not even close to being true). He responded in a timely fashion and was always communicating and following up on my countless questions and concerns. As a first time home buyer, he explained how each step worked clearly and patiently. Come time to negotiate with the seller, he was able to persuade them to credit me on a bunch of fixes, which I had already expected to fix myself. Don't know how he did it but boy was I happy! Can't recommend Miguel more!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in Concord, CA.

After working off and on with a few different agents all over East Bay, I was very glad to finally meet someone who had a real interest in getting the job done. Miguel was able to help me find the right house and succeed in this increasingly competitive market. I really appreciated the fact that he was available, trustworthy, professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. He understood my unique situation and was able to adapt to my needs. I would definitely work with him again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Concord, CA.

Miguel handled our difficult short sale with ease. He was on top of all paperwork in getting it filed timely and accurately. He communicated with the mortgage companies and ensured they were moving forward as quickly as possible. This has been an extremely quick process and Miguel made it easy for us. Can't thank him enough for his great work.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Oakley, CA.

In August of 2012, my family came to the decision to short sell our home. Miguel came to us from Alain Pinel Realtors due to his short sale expertise with Chase, our primary lender. We had a very complicated short sale with two lenders. Miguel was very professional in his discussions with these lenders and negotiated acceptable sale figures with both lenders. Miguel ran open houses and quickly lined up potential buyers for our home. He reviewed each offer with me to help me make the best determination on who to choose for this sale. Every question I had Miguel answered. Miguel was always very professional and responded quickly either by phone, email, or text. We ended up losing our initial buyer on December 10th. Our second lender had set a December 31st deadline for this short sale or the terms that agreed to would be voided. Miguel quickly lined up a secondary buyer for us, coordinated the revised sale documents with both lenders, came out to our home and signed sales papers. We closed the sale on December 31st, due entirely to Miguel’s dedication to getting our home sold! We couldn’t have sold our home without him. I would recommend Miguel to anyone who asks me who I would use for buying or selling a home!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in South Sundale, Fremont, CA.

Miguel recently helped us sell my late mother's house in Fremont. There were all sorts of unexpected difficulties that needed to be dealt with including title issues and old liens that needed to be resolved. His knowledge and professionalism helped us deal with these problems and his ability to correctly price and market the property enabled to sell the house for considerably more than we expected to get for it. Through the entire process, he was friendly and professional. I will use his services anytime I need a realtor in the Bay Area in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Concord, CA.

Selling a home in the current real estate environment is stressful, especially if your expectations exceed what the market is indicating. Miguel provided lots of information on other properties in the area, their pricing and how they compared to my property, which led to helping me set an asking price that was realistic and attainable. At the end of the day I got my full asking price and closed within 2 months of listing. The level of service Miguel provided was exceptional. He arranged inspections, consistently followed up with agents who had clients view the property, and kept me up to date almost daily. If you are buying or selling you should really call Miguel and find out what a true real estate professional agent can do for you.
