    Bought a home in 2011.
    Sent from my iPadMy husband and I began our journey in Tampa looking for a second home. Traveling down the coast when we stumbled upon Meg Mahoney at a real estate office in St. Armand's Circle.  She greeted us with a huge smile and welcome. She then proceeded to inform us of all that Sarasota had to offer with such an in depth knowledge of the area and exuberance that we were compelled to do a serious search. Meg was thorough, professional and always available helping us to continue long distance from Pittsburgh Pa.to find our home. Taking 2 years of Meg Mahoney's expertise and patience we were able to weed through myriads of options until finally deciding to build a home and move to Sarasota full time. Where we now reside in the home of our dreams.

    Long distance building and moves are stressful. Meg Mahoney, being incredibly current and adept with technology did an outstanding job of navigating us through the entire process.     Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Hudson Bayou, Sarasota, FL.
    Very knowledgeable and responsive. Meg helped us sell our late mother's home in a very difficult market. We had 3 serious offers in a very short time period. Much of this was due to Meg's guidance, including assistance in preparing the property for showing, and helping us price the property for sale.

    Although an estate sale, it was not a "fire sale". Meg helped us get as good a price on the home as if it were any other home.
