Medhi Safipour is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with - for starters, he is very personable and easy to relate to while executing his professional duties - he has gone out of his way to help me in all aspects of the buying and evaluating process, from putting in the offer and counter offers to various subsequent negotiations - he was always prompt in returning my phone calls to him if he was not able to answer my call immediately - both before and after the escrow had closed, he helped me locate local handimen to do odds and ends, and he continues to keep in touch and help me in various house matters. It has been a pleasure to work with him, and I highly recommend him as a realtor who delivers the goods, and in a very personable and professional way.

Over the last 25 years I have worked with many real estate professionals but my experience with Mehdi during the time my wife and I were trying to sell our home in Redwood Shores (2009) was among the best we could have ever expected. Prior to actually listing the property Mehdi spent countless hours educating us about the market and how we needed to make certain repairs and upgrades to the house in order to make it more marketable. He assisted us in finding a very good contractor to remodel the kitchen at a price we could afford. When the house was finally ready to be shown, he did a wonderful staging job (at no cost to us) and created a beautiful ambiance. Mehdi helped us with our first home purchase a few months ago. It was a short sale and the listing agent was a complete incompetent lady.
