TX Girl, I'm sorry that you are having to deal with this.  Along with what Sunnyview had to say, the next time you flag it, try giving as much information as you can with the flag, and ask someone to email you.  I looked through my old email for the email address from support to give to you, but I must have deleted it.  I have had a live person contact me before when I have had an issue with one of my posted listings.  You can then ask them if there is anything that they can do,

My home was appraised but I don't agree with the appraiser's opinion. What can I do?

Are you selling your home, or trying to refinance it?  You could pay to have another appraiser do an appraisal, but I would suggest that you ask your trusted Real Estate Consultant to prepare a report for you first.  Appraisers use homes that have sold recently, that are comparable to your home,  to help determine the value.  The recent market activity and sold homes in your area will directly affect how much your home appraises for.  Your consultant can provide you with a report showing all of the homes comparable to your home, within a 1 mile radius, that have sold in the last 6 months.  This may help explain to you why your home appraised for what it did.  If not, then you can pursue the option of having a second appraisal. Warm regards,Mel

One other question, did your broker upload the listing to Zillow, or did it feed from the company site?  If your broker is the one that uploaded it, if they give me a call I can try to help them get the photos off.  They should be able to delete them if they are the one that put them up in the first place.Warm regards,Mel

Try hitting the flag button on your listings home page.  You can then send a request to Zillow for help eliminating the old photos.  I just had to do this on one of my listings.  Anyone is allowed to upload photos of your home.  If you look on your listing page, you will see that they tell you that.  You may have to take your photos down temporarily so they will know which photos to remove.  Hope this helps!  Good luck with getting your home sold!

Try Postlets.com.  Postlets will syndicate to several other websites including Craigslist, Kijiji, Zilllow, Trulia, Twitter, Facebook, etc...

Hi Rich,I've found this to be the case on homes that I have listed on Zillow, or homes that I am preparing to list, also.  I have seen cases of the Zillow Value being as much as $20,000 lower or higher that what a Market Analysis that I have prepared shows.   I advise my buyers and sellers that the best information on a homes market value comes from a recent report of homes sold in the area prepared by a professional real estate consultant.  We are able to base our market analysis on homes that are very close in size and condition.  I would suggest that you speak to your trusted real estate consultant and see what is currently for sale, and what has sold in the last 3 months in that area.  It has been my experience that most buyers will understand that a report prepared by a professional is more accurate than a computer generated one.You can change the map view if you go into the edit listing section.  Go to the map function and it will let you move the map around to where your home really is.Warm regards,[content removed by moderator for being self promotional]
