I have been a resident of Clarksville for almost 20 years and I know the area very well - the town, the schools, and the neighborhoods. I am a military spouse so I am pretty familiar with PCsing, deploying, short notice moves and so on. I have been through many of them. My husband is now retired from the army, and I have raised 3 children in Clarksville and have decided to call this town OUR home.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Economics from the University of Tirana in Albania where I am originally from. Some of my previous positions before becoming a Realtor include Vice President for Presto Services Inc. and Director of Marketing for Premier Safety, both in Clarksville.

I have been doing real estate for almost 10 years, the last 5 years with Keller Williams Realty and now with my own Real Estate services company specializing in Sales & Property Management. I find my previous education and work experiences very helpful in my profession as a Realtor. My marketing background is very helpful in determining the best tools and procedures to effectively market my listings and give the sellers maximum exposure of their properties. Also, a strong background in economics and continuously adding to my education, allows me to keep up with the market trends and its reflection of the economy in general.

I specialize in long distance sales & purchases. I work with clients out of state and out of the country in consistent basis. I have had 100% success rate with all long distance transactions. The reason for that is that I treat my clients as if they were family and when I view a home for them, I look at it as if I was going to buy it for myself. I basically become their eyes and ears. I measure everything, I take hundreds of pictures of the property the buyer is interested in – and I don't mean just the rooms. I check out every closet, every bathroom, every corner of the house.

For sellers that have already moved out of the area, I make arrangements not just to have the property SOLD, but also to keep it maintained while the owners are away. I make sure the house and yard are well kept in the summer and plumbing is winterized and safe from freezing in the winter. If any repairs are needed, I help sellers locate local contractors and coordinate estimates and work completion for them.

Found Meli online while living in Knoxville, TN. Read reviews from clients and was convinced she was the Realtor I wanted to work with. She cleared two days to help find a home and "we" found the home I was looking for. Well, things have changed personally in my life and, after only six month, I am considering a move back to Knoxville and guess who my first call was to: Meli. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Clarksville, TN.

Found Meli online while living in Knoxville, TN. Read reviews from clients and was convinced she was the Realtor I wanted to work with. Showed home in 2014 in Clarksville, TN.

We attempted to purchase a property with the help of Meli G. The property was bought out from under us. When we inquired of her regarding a 2nd property, we contacted her only because she was the listing agent. She then promptly began to send emails as to why we gave her a poor review. She sent several emails to us which were degrading, rude and absolutely unprofessional in any manner, and refused to respond to our emails and calls regarding the 2nd property which was thereafter removed from listing as a sale and rented out instead. I would never, ever work with her in any way whatsoever. She is especially disrespectful to those who have poor/bad credit or seeking to purchase a home that will give her little to no commission. Please exercise all due caution with Ms. Meli Gerogianis  More Less

I am sorry that you were not able to buy the house you wanted! Unfortunately I can’t do anything to improve your credit or to force lenders to loan you money! Your husband asked for lenders that could overlook his credit so I contacted many lenders on your behalf but they follow specific criteria on credit score & debt-to-income ratios & I can’t change that! Your husband e-mailed that he was researching "Philanthropists who work with individuals" & that he had e-mailed Warren Buffet asking for help. A few days later he was looking into "Financing Wanted" ads on Craigslist. I guess Warren Buffet did not get back with him! What was I to do? Call Donald Trump? I am sorry if you are not able to purchase at this time but making false accusations about me is not going to fix that! And if you are going to trash me publicly - sign your real name under it so people know who you are! It was because of the above attitude that I chose NOT to work with you not the commission or your credit score!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Clarksville, TN.

Meli G is great! She was always there to make me feel more comfortable about decisions with the sale of my house. I don't care what time I called to ask a question, she was always there to answer. She made the process of selling so much easier on me, she knows what she's doing, and that made my first experience with selling a house stress free!!!!
