My husband is now retired from the army, and I have raised 3 children in Clarksville and have decided to call this town OUR home.

I specialize in long distance sales & purchases. I work with clients out of state and out of the country in consistent basis. I have had 100% success rate with all long distance transactions. The reason for that is that I treat my clients as if they were family and when I view a home for them, I look at it as if I was going to buy it for myself. I basically become their eyes and ears. I measure everything, I take hundreds of pictures of the property the buyer is interested in – and I don't mean just the rooms. I check out every closet, every bathroom, every corner of the house.
For sellers that have already moved out of the area, I make arrangements not just to have the property SOLD, but also to keep it maintained while the owners are away. I make sure the house and yard are well kept in the summer and plumbing is winterized and safe from freezing in the winter. If any repairs are needed, I help sellers locate local contractors and coordinate estimates and work completion for them.
