Melissa Harris

By way of introduction, please allow me to give you a brief overview of my background, experience and capabilities.

I am a Commercial Real Estate Agent, offices based in Fayette County and Atlanta, Georgia. My education background consist of an Associate in Marketing, Bachelor in Business Management, Georgia Real Estate License, and CCIM Candidate. My license is with RE/MAX Commercial Atlanta headed by David N. Thomas, my broker, who has 40 years experience in marketing/real estate and is an acknowledged expert in 1031 exchanges.

In addition to the commercial real estate component, I also own a development company which, most recently, completed Starr's Mill Professional Center, a 15,000 SF medical- dental office complex located at 1280 Hwy 74 South, Peachtree City, GA. The development process has given me a great deal of experience with tenant recruitment, tenant relations, tenant build outs, leasing, sales, investment direction and management.

The development process has also afforded numerous opportunities to work with city, county and state governmental agencies, having successfully concluded re-zonings, variances, DOT plans, and an annexation. I can proudly say I have a win-win record to date.

My main source of accomplishment derives from physically knocking on doors and introducing the project, investment and/or development. My underlying strength is my commitment to get the information out to secure sales, leases, out parcel sales and overall development sales.
