I selected Melody after my initial realtor was unable to sell my home, and because my previous realtor was not as responsive as I would have liked them to be.
Prior to my experience with Melody, I was quick to make a perhaps incorrect generalization that "all" realtors are lazy, and are out just to make a quick buck.
I was certainly wrong with that generalization after meeting Melody. She not only stuck with the grueling task of trying to sell my home in a down market, but went above the call of duty many times, often without being requested by me.
When I was confronted with an offer from a potential buyer which was far below my expectation, Melody proposed creative solutions/options which would get me to where I wanted to be (even after I told her I wanted to simply ignore the offer). She got me there, and with little effort by me. She did what she needed to do, all while not forcing me to accept something which was undesirable to me. Her persistence (done passively, not aggressively or even assertively) paid off for me. She kept me calm even when I was clearly annoyed with a ridiculous offer.
Melody demonstrates the epitomy of superb customer service. She works very hard, generally responding to e-mails and phone calls in less than an hour, even when e-mails are sent at off hours.
Melody certainly earns her commission income.
If Melody cannot sell your home, nobody can. Coming from me, that's a huge statement, as I can be quite demanding, especially with respect to my high expectations for customer service.
