When our family purchased our home in April 2012, our experience with Trey was nothing short of a 5 star experience. Trey separated himself from any other realtor we have worked with in the past. Not once did he pressure our family into selling us a house that wasn't the "one." He never gave our family the traditional "sales pitch" in any home we viewed, nor did he attempt to scare us with the "multiple offer" tactic. If we didn't like a house, Trey had many others that were more fitting for our needs and expectations. Once we found the "one," he got everything we asked for plus some instant equity!!!

If you want a realtor that's not going to attempt to sell you every house you view, but is willing to continuously work with you along the way to find your perfect home, Trey is your guy! Most importantly, once you get to the negotiation stage, he's not scared to walk away if you do not get a deal that does not benefit you more than the seller. I highly recommend Trey and will continue to use him on any additional purchases I have in the future. Trey knew what we were looking for and consistently emailed us with properties to look at that met our requirements. He kept us updated on any price changes that happened with property that we had looked at previously. He scheduled showings that met our time frame and was always on time with appointments. The first house we wanted didn't meet our price range because of the condition of the house. Trey kept it on our list and 9 months later it went on auction. Trey to us back to the house to look at it again after renovations had been done. He got us online for the auction and guided us through the bidding process. We got the house and its exactly what we were looking for.
