I am a hardworking and enthusiastic guy originally from New York. My father is a contractor and I worked alongside him for much of my youth, learning the trade of building homes. This early experience has proved invaluable in my work as a Real Estate Agent, giving me a thorough understanding of what is entailed when remodeling, repairing, estimating, building, and maintaining a home. As a young man I was drawn to the beautiful Pacific Northwest by the exciting and challenging work of commercial fishing. While working as a fisherman I began to invest my earnings in fixer-upper homes and apartment buildings and found myself intrigued by the possibilities of a livelihood involving Real Estate.  After 12 years of Commercial Fishing and 4 Years as a Captain, I decided to make my move into Real Estate.  Although commercial fishing was a very different career path I have found that it prepared me well for my career as a Real Estate Broker. Both lines of work require a lot of hard work, honesty, communication, and creative thinking. On top of these skills I work consistently at staying on top of emerging industry trends and marketing tools. I believe that to be successful these days it is critical to have a solid grasp of the technologies that today's buyers and sellers are using. I am also extremely diligent in my market research, staying up to the minute on the latest in pricing and availability in our area.

As an experienced Realtor and investor I love my work and in today's market the demand for the very best representation is essential.  My number one priority is to represent your best interest.  Period!  I listen to your needs and desires with an open mind and then come up with a game plan.  I am very thorough in my research, due diligence, solid negotiations, attention to contract detail and professional communications. I feel it is vital to keep you informed along the way whether you live here on the island already or clear across the country.  I have sound morals, believe everyone deserves respect, and I take great pride in all of my work.   I live and work on Bainbridge Island where I share a home and life with my wonderful wife, our two darling daughters, one feisty Cairn Terrier, and a sassy, fluffy old kitty cat!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Bainbridge Island, WA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $825K in Bainbridge Island, WA.

We cannot recommend Mercury enough. He helped us find a rental when we moved here and then worked with us over a 2 year period to find our permanent home. He is simply wonderful. There is no other choice!
