Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Germansville, PA.
Merry was very helpful,she stuck with me all the way even when it looked like the deal wasn't going to go through.She worked with the selling agent with a few issues that
came up along the way.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Coatesville, PA.
Merry helped me to purchase my first home that was a “short sale”. She was wonderful to work with. She was willing to go that extra mile for me. I would call her a lot and she never once made me feel like I was a bother to her. She helped me jump through many hoops to get my home bought and we even had issues at the settlement that we were not expecting and we were able to work through them to get the deal closed. She was always responsive and handled many phone calls, inspections and objections and delays through the whole process but we got everything accomplished and I am a “happy homeowner”.
