David is extremely knowledgeable and freely shares his vast knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market to his clients. His patience and willingness to explore alternatives are legendary. He has access to other necessary resources such as financing. His vast experience and friendly manner create one of the best real estate agents that you could hope for. I'm glad we are working with him and would gladly refer him to others.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Roseville, MN.
I could not have asked for a better first home purchase experience than I received from David. His extensive knowledge and experience in the changing market enabled me to stay one step ahead of others looking in the same area. I was not an easy client, for I was hard set on a specific neighborhood with almost no turnover rate, but David found me the perfect home. David is very honest, trustworthy, and out to make his client happy. I immediately referred him to several friends, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

As a first time home buyer, I was so pleased that David took time to walk through the home buying process. He was helpful, informative, professional, and always willing to bend over backwards for me. He was amazing with keeping contact with me via email, fax and phone, and his response was always timely and helpful.
His customized marketing plan was above and beyond the other agents. He assisted me with financing and successful close. He has strong negotiation skills in purchasing something listed above your pre-approval amount and negotiating the purchase price below your maximum.
David went above and beyond in this sale and even after the sale and he has kept excellent contact with me. I recommend David for those first time home buyers that now I am relocating, I have hired David to list and sell my home.
