Jason was able to maximize a sale price on a property that was truly difficult to sell based on a lot of inventory in the same area with the same types of properties. This was critical for my financial situation that the property was sold as soon as possible. Jason even worked out a better terms than you'd get with other selling agents so I could mitigate my losses as much as possible. With his constant saying of "let's have positive thoughts" we were able to reach a perfect cash-only sale with a buyer with minimal due diligence involved. Even when I needed a BPO done on the spot, Jason went out of his own pocket to cover it as it was urgent knowing I'd reimburse him. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to unload a downtown condo whether you are in the money or under water... he'll get you the best price, give you the best terms, and make sure you're up to date on whatever you need to know. On top of that, he guiding me in making the right decisions on the list price, price reductions and ultimately the sale price to keep the buyer interested and get them to agree. Thanks, Jason!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Mableton, GA.

I first was introduced to Jason Carter in February 2013 by a mutual friend. I informed Jason that I wanted to purchase a house that would fit into my budget. Jason immediately connected to me to a very good loan officer that gave me a free quote and let me know the prices I should be looking for when buying a house. As a first time home buyer, I did not know where to look for houses so Jason referred me to websites such as redfin, zillow, and above atlanta to search for houses while also sending me multiple houses that he recommended for me. I was very impressed with Jason's knowledge of the real estate field and his caring demeanor. Jason informed me of the best side of town to purchase so that my house would increase in equity and not decrease. Jason visited different houses with me each time and was very patient in the house buying process that started in February. We bidded on different houses from February until about late April until we finally won a bid that was listed as a back-up offer. If Jason did not have the knowledge of checking the option as a back-up offer then I would not have won the bid for my house because an investor initially won the bid, but my subdivision was at rental capacity. The property was a short-sale so it was a very long process, but Jason was very professional in keeping me in the loop about what was going on and putting pressure on the seller to get things done as soon as possible. Jason also introduced me to an inspector that fully inspected my house as well as other contractors for any other issues I may have when moving into my house. I finally closed on my house on August 21, 2013 and Jason was there at the closing even though he did not need to be present. Jason still keeps in touch with me to find out how everything is going with the house. I was very impressed with Jason Carter as my real estate agent and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.  More Less
