Our home was on the market for 5 months and we didn't receive an offer. We took it off for the holidays, intending to re-list in early spring, and several realtors reached out to us claiming to specialize in selling "stale" properties. We picked 4 of them to meet with, then found Matt's blog which was up to date and contained useful information on our and surrounding towns. We decided to list with Matt. Our home was re-listed on a Friday, the open house was Sunday, and we had 3 offers by Monday. We closed a few weeks later without any issues. Matt was a great throughout partner during the negotiations. Throughout the closing process Matt was very helpful, providing useful information about Radon testing (we had to install a mitigation system), greater referrals for services we needed, and sending us friendly reminders about the many things that need to be done before closing. Matt is a professional whose practical, no B.S. demeanor makes him effective and a pleasure to work with.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Shrewsbury, MA.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Ashland, MA.

I got Matt's reference from one of my friend when we started looking for the property. My friend had lot of good things to say about him but we were still not sure how it will work out. We being first time buyer weren't very clear about lots of things for buying the house. He helped us understand lots of nuances about the whole process. He helped in every step of the process for looking for the property, negotiation, mortgage, inspection and lots of other things.

He is gem of a person to work with. He had tons of expertise about the towns we were looking to buy the house and gave a very unbiased perspective. He has great negotiation skills and always available for any query even at odd hour. He was helpful in lot of things even after the deal was done.

Went above and beyond, cleared previous owner stuff from my garage, fixed my garage door, and gave me expert advice about the rented property I was living in. He helped me get out of the legal trouble for the rented unit. Gave me true piece of mind when I was completely stressed out. Can't say enough. HIGHLY recommend him.
